Shipping Policy for Healthy Starts

Thank you for choosing Healthy Starts for your online shopping needs. We want to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience. Please review the following information:

  1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within India. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. We may not be able to not ship to certain P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses which we will be notified.

  2. Order Processing Time: a. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. b. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.   

  3. Shipping Methods and Costs: a. Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods based on your location and the nature of the products being shipped. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process. b. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  4. Estimated Delivery Time: a. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. b. Delayed Shipments: In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or carrier issues. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for such delays beyond our control. Under normal circumstances, the minimum shipping time needed is 36Hrs for Mumbai and 3 working days for the Rest of India based on the shipping method chosen. The maximum time needed is up to 4 working days for Mumbai and 10 working days for the Rest of India after the order has been processed from our end.  The above is subject to the availability of stock at the time of booking.

  5. Order Tracking: a. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. b. Tracking Updates: The tracking information may take some time to be updated by the carrier. Please allow for a reasonable period for the tracking status to reflect the most recent location and delivery updates.

  6. Delivery Attempts and Receiving the Package: a. Delivery Attempts: The carrier will make multiple delivery attempts to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notification or attempt delivery on the next business day. b. Signature Requirement: Depending on the value and nature of the package, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package when it arrives.

  7. Undeliverable Packages: a. Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may contact you to confirm the correct shipping information and reship the package at an additional cost. b. Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed or refused by you, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.

  8. International Shipping: For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information about applicable duties and fees.
